PersonaL Training

Fitness goals vary depending on the person, but the benefits of physical activity are universal.  Creating an individualized plan of care to bring the body back to homeostasis is the goal of Claire's approach to personal training, making sure to challenge the body, strengthen weak muscles and have fun the whole time. Whether you want to lose 30 lbs, swing a golf club with more ease or pick up your grand kids pain free, having a program that is designed for you is an important part of the process to creating lasting change.  

Initial Assessment 

Includes physical screen assessment, physical readiness questionnaire

60 min Session



12 Week Program 


Includes initial assessment, 12 tailored weekly 60 min workout programs (in person/virtual sessions), weekly check in phone appointments and nutrition recommendations.
